Mount Washington Real Estate & Mount Washington Properties

Most years there are plenty of options to purchase property on Mount Washington. In the years when overall markets are slow, Mount Washington Real Estate had over 80+ listings on the market. In the busier years, those number have dropped to 30+ listings. At the beginning of 2021, there were only 10 listings on the market at one point. Mount Washington properties come in many different shapes and sizes. The original buildings in the Alpine Village include chalets of different sizes, townhouses, condos in cooperative buildings and some duplexes. In the areas of the resort that you can drive to year round, there are mainly condos and chalets with a couple complexes of townhouses. These properties often have underground parking or garages. As of 2021, the most recent development has occurred in the Beaufort heights subdivision. Those lots were originally developed in 2008 with about 20% of the lots built on.  In 2020/2021 there was a resurgence in that area with a number of lots selling. There are whisperings of some new developments in the works by Island Mountain Holdings and other developers.
